Spread in an area of 110 square kilometer, Chail Sanctuary has a vast forest cover that was identified in the year of 1976, Chail wildlife sanctuary was identified and it was declared as a protected area under government consideration. The Chir Pheasant breeding and rehabilitation programme has been launched in 1988. There is a dense cover of Oak and Pine, apart from the other major grassland covers in the area.

The asylum has primarily mammals; while the large mammals consist of rhesus macaque, leopards, Indian muntjac and goral crested porcupine. Not forget to mention Himalayan black bear, wild boar, common langur, sambar, Black naped Hare, European red and different other wild beasts and animals. The Chir breeding and healing centre has helped amplify in the number of Chir birds in the nearby areas.

Day 01: Delhi – Chail (390 Kms/09 hrs)
Upon arrival at Delhi Airport / Railway Station meet and drive to Chail, upon arrival check in your hotel, overnight stay at hotel.

The Chail Palace is well known for its architecture. The cricket ground and a polo ground which is there at an altitude of 2,444 m were owned by erstwhile royal family of Patiala. It is the world's highest cricket ground. In 1891, Maharaja Bhupinder Singh of Patiala incurred the rage of Lord Kitchener.

Day 02: Chail – Naldehra – Chail(35 kms).
After morning Breakfast leave for visit to Chail covering Sidh Baba Temple, Kali Ka Tibba, Sadhu Pul, Cricket Ground) after that go to Naldehra, at 2044 m this has a thick cedar forest, picnic grounds and a nine-hole par 68 Golf course that is regarded as one of the most challenging in the country, later back to hotel, free for leisure, overnight stay at hotel at Chail.

Day 03: Chail – Kufri - Shimla (45 kms.)
After Breakfast Proceed for the sightseeing of Kufri, On way see Rhododendron Flower Tree (State Flower) and Visit Himlayan National Park, Kufri which has several animals of the area including bears and musk deers, situated at an altitude of 2500 meters just an hour’s drive from Shimla and a very popular ski resort during the winter months. Then proceed to Shimla, check into the hotel, Evening free at leisure, Free to explore famous mall road. Overnight stay at hotel at Shimla.

Day 04: Shimla local sightseeing
After morning breakfast free time for rest, afternoon visit to half day city tour visiting Indian Institute Of Advanced Studies, Sankat Mochan Temple and Jakhu temple, Evening free to stroll in the famous shopping place of Shimla town - The Mall & The Ridge. Later back to hotel. Rest of the day free for leisure. Overnight stay at hotel at Shimla.

Day 05: Shimla - Delhi (380 kms/10hrs)
After breakfast check out from hotel and drive towards Delhi in time drop at railway station/Airport for onwards journey.
