Counted among one of the famous Nine Shrines of Goddess Temples, Chintpurni is also one in Una District of Himachal Pradesh at an altitude of 940 meter above sea level. According to the religious stories, Sati’s Feet fell here. The famous temple is around the Pindi of Devi; while her image depicts her without head. Therefore, the temple is also known as Chinnamastika Devi or the Goddess without a head.
According to the religious significance, Chinnamastika temple is one of the 7 major and 51 total Shakti Peethas in India where Chhinnamasta is understand as the severed-headed one as well as the foreheaded-one. The temple is situated on one of the highest peaks of the Sola Singhi range of hills about 3 km west of Bharwain which is located on the Hoshiarpur - Dharmashala road. This road is part of the State Highway network and is normally kept in good shape throughout the year. The closest railhead is at Hoshiarpur in Punjab 43 km away. From Jwalamukhi, the distance is 35 km. Taxis and buses are available at both places. You can also take buses directly from Chandigarh, Pathankot and other parts of Himachal Pradesh to reach there.

Day 01: Arrive Chandigarh - Naina Devi
Upon arrival at Chandigarh Airport / Railway Station meet and drive for Mansa Devi, Naina Devi. Darshan of Naina Devi is 3 kms trek, you can also go to the temple either by walk or by Rope way. After darshan drive for Swarghat and overnight stay at Hotel.
Day 02: Swaraghat to Chintapurni than visit Jawalmukhi
Morning after breakfast proceeds to Chintpurani, after darshan at Mata Chintpurani temple & leave JawalaJi Temple. Overnight Stay at Jwalaji.
Day 03: Jawalmukhi to Kangra than Dharamshala
Early morning Darshan of Maa Jawalmukhi (Goddess Jawalji) than for darshan of Chamunda Devi (Goddess Chmunda), Kangra. And tour covering Dalai Lama Temple, Dal Lake, Naddi, Bagsunag Temple and Waterfall, Tibtean Library and museum in Norbulinka Institute. Overnight in the hotel at Dharamsala.
Day 04: Dharamsala to Palampur visit Baijnath
After morning breakfast drive for Baijnath Dham visit temple and take your lunch after thatdrive to Joginder Nagar. Overnight Stay.
Day 05: Joginder Nagar to Chandigarh
After breakfast drive for Chandigharh via Bilashpur and if time meet local city tour covering the Rose Garden, Rock Garden. Drop to Airport / Railway station.
