Day 01: Shimla Cycling Tour
Arrive at Shimla Railway station / Bus station or Chandigarh Airport, meet and drive you to the hotel. Check in your hotel and after refresh take a test drive 10-15kms to check the bike condition. Overnight stay at Hotel.
Day 02: SHIMLA - RAMPUR (924M) - 135 KMS
Morning after breakfast, we proceed towards Rampur which is approx 140KM and start our cycling adventure of Spiti Valley of Himachal Pradesh. We will take a pause after every 12-15KMS for water and refreshment, after going of 35-40KM, will take lunch, after that start cycling again, upon arrival Rampur check in your Hotel for Night stay.
Day 03 : RAMPUR - SANGLA (2744M) - 92 KMS
Morning after breakfast proceeds towards Sangla. We will stop for water and refreshment after 12-15kms of cycling and after 35-40Kms of cycling we will have our lunch. If you are getting tired or don't feel like cycling more, you can load your bike over car and enjoy the ride from the window of Car. The Himalayan valleys of Kinnaur and Spiti emerge from a thick cloak of snow to reveal a different, secret world to man. Your discovery of the lesser-known Himalayas certainly begins from the Sangla Valley, at a height of 2,700 M. Overnight will be at hotel.
Day 04 : SANGLA - KALPA (2670M) - 50 KMS
Morning after breakfast proceeds towards Kalpa. Today you will be more comfortable in cycling as we will do it around 50KMS. We will stop for water and refreshment after 12-15kms of cycling and after finishing a stretch of 30-35Kms, we will have our lunch. The spectacular views of the Kinner Kailash range are some of the most scenic things you can enjoy in the Himalayas. You get a complete panorama from behind the Chorten (Tibetan Pagoda) at the top of the hill. Another interesting place to see is the Narayan Nagini Temple Complex, which has shrines of Hindu, Buddhist and local deities. Overnight will at hotel.
Day 05 : KALPA - POOH (3662M) - 76 KMS
Morning after breakfast we will proceed towards Pooh. We will complete a full day ride To Pooh. Pooh is a small village in Spiti valley with a small cantonment. Later in the day, we will have overnight stay at hotel in Pooh.
Day 06 : POOH - TABO (3500M) - 95 KMS
Morning after breakfast proceeds towards Tabo, We will enter the Spiti valley today. The terrain will leave you breathless and mesmerized. From lush green valley of Kinnaur, we will move to rock-hard cold desert mountains, torrential rivers and icy cold winds that account for the sparsely populated villages. At a height of 10,500 ft, this high altitude desert is home to the second most important Buddhist monastery in the entire Himalayan region - the Tabo Gompa. Overnight will be at hotel.
Day 07 : TABO - KAZA (3870M) - 47 KMS
Morning after breakfast we will proceed towards Kaza. We will do cycling approx 50KMS from hotel. Kaza is the capital of Spiti Valley. Rudyard Kipling describes Spiti in "Kim" in these words: "At last they entered a world within a world - a valley of leagues where the high hills were fashioned of the mere rubble and refuse from o the knees of the mountains... Surely the Gods live here. Overnight will be in hotel.
Day 08 : KAZA - LOSAR (4076M) - 65 KMS
After breakfast visit the Ki monastery, Ki Monastery is a Gelugpa sect monastery. It’s hilltop position points to a post-thirteenth century construction. The three storied structure consists largely of storage rooms at the bottom level while the middle door houses the Dukhang - the assembly hall - and the uppermost door has another temple and head Lama's quarters on the one side of an open terrace. The greatest wealth of Ki Gompa lies in its collection of 'Thangkas' salvaged with difficulty from the devastating raids of the Dogars and the Sikhs in the 19th century. From here a scenic drive takes you into the pasture country of Kibber. From Kibber, the pastures are spread over hundreds of square kilometers. Further up 6 km from Kibber, we drive up to a still smaller village of Gete. Consisting of just six houses, it boasts of being the highest village in Asia, connected by road. After sightseeing we will start our cycling and proceed towards Losar. Overnight will be at hotel.
Day 09 : LOSAR - MANALI (1926M) - 135 KMS
Morning after breakfast start cycling, today we will cross two high passes. Kunzum La (4500 M) and Rohtang pass (3800 M) and confluence of Chandra and Bhaga rivers. Then we will enter the Kullu district of Himachal. Overnight will be at hotel in Manali
Day 10 : MANALI- TOUR END
Morning after breakfast in time transfer to the airport / Bus Station for your onward destination.
