Sangla

Being a very alluring part of Kinnaur District, Sangla is famous tourist place at an altitude of 2650 meter and known for its scenic beauty and natural wonders that always attract tourists for memorable holidays here. Natural beauty and pleasant climate of the beautiful hill station and location of Himachal Pradesh is amazing and give enough reason to tourists who visit the beautiful town. Earlier or till 1989, the beautiful place was restricted by the Government of India or required a special permit to visit because of its location at Indo-China border. Later the rule was abolished and the place was opened for tourists.

It is famous for its nut, pine orchards and beautiful trees of apple and cherry. Some wonderful villages are also amazing to explore here that include Chitkul, Batseri, Karchham and different others that are of course the main tourist attractions of Sangla.
